The Asiatique Sky Observation Wheel offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River and the vibrant cityscape of Bangkok. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please adhere to the following rules and regulations as well as instructions from our operational staff:
General Rules and Regulations
Age Restrictions / Supervision of Children
• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. • Each adult may supervise a maximum of two children.
Capacity
• Standard Gondola: Maximum 8 passengers with a maximum carrying weight of 750 kg. • VIP Gondola: Maximum 5 passengers with a maximum carrying weight of 400 kg.
Ticket Inspection – Identity and Age Verification
• Tickets will be inspected before boarding the Wheel. • Holders of tickets must present photo identification for (age) verification upon request.
Prohibited Riders
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Persons with contagious diseases.
Caution for Riders
• Persons with fragile health conditions. • Persons who have had recent surgery. • Persons with a history of frequent headaches, dizziness, or epilepsy. • Persons with a fear of heights.
Staff Discretion
• Operational staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove persons who may affect the safety or enjoyment of other guests.
Prohibited Items
• Food and drinks. • Dangerous or hazardous materials including weapons, flammable liquids, fireworks, breakable glass bottles, smoke bombs, or other harmful items. • Carts or wheeled carriers (except strollers and wheelchairs). • Pets or animals (except service animals).
Operational Instructions
• Follow the instructions of our staff in queuing, seating, boarding, and alighting the cabins for the overall enjoyment of the Wheel.
Throwing Objects
• Throwing objects from the Wheel is strictly prohibited.
Seat During Rotation
• Remain seated while the Wheel is rotating. • If you feel unwell, press the “Emergency Call” button in the ceiling to seek assistance from the operator.
Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Wheel, in the loading/unloading platform area, and within the Wheel Area.
Line Jumping
• Line jumping is prohibited.
Photography and Video
• Photography and video for personal use are allowed. • Commercial photography requires prior permission from Asiatique Sky. • By entering the Wheel, you consent to Asiatique Sky and its authorized agents taking and using your photographs or images for promotional purposes. All intellectual property rights in such media belong to Asiatique Sky or its authorized agents.
Permitted Areas
• Guests must remain within permitted areas and adhere to the Wheel Area rules and regulations at all times.
Security Inspection
• All bags and personal items may be inspected for security purposes.
Respect for Others
• Please respect fellow guests while waiting in line and enjoying events.
Unauthorized Activities
• Unauthorized sale of goods/services, distribution of printed materials, demonstrations, speeches, or public gatherings are prohibited.
Restricted Areas
• Guests are prohibited from entering staff or event areas that are cordoned off.
Operational Changes
• Asiatique Sky may change operating hours, restrict guest numbers, or temporarily close the Wheel Area without prior notice due to capacity, weather, or special events for safety and security.
Personal Belongings
• Guests are responsible for their belongings. • Asiatique Sky is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Liability
• Asiatique Sky is not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect), distress, inconvenience, anxiety, or injury caused during the use and enjoyment of the Wheel, the Wheel Area, and its facilities except in cases of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Accessibility
• Wheelchairs are allowed. • Each gondola can accommodate 2 non-electrical wheelchairs and must board with a chaperone.
Weather Policy
• Special arrangements will be made during inclement weather in the interest of public safety. • Suspensions due to weather conditions will be communicated promptly to guests and ticketing adjustments will be provided as necessary.
Dress Code
• The dress code for Asiatique Sky is casual. • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be dressed inappropriately.
Drone and Filming Restrictions
• Unless otherwise permitted by Asiatique Sky, no commercial filming or drone usage is allowed on the premises.
Ticket Terms & Conditions
Admission
• Admission by ticket only.
Refunds and Exchanges
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Validity
• Tickets purchased at the Wheel’s ticket office are valid on the date of purchase unless specified otherwise. • Tickets purchased online are valid on the booking date only.
Resale
• Tickets cannot be resold without prior written consent. • Asiatique Sky may refuse entry if tickets are resold without consent.
Validity of Tickets
• Photocopied tickets are invalid.

• Tickets will be inspected before boarding. • Holders of special age category-related tickets (like child and senior tickets) must present photo identification.
Food and Drinks
• Food and drinks are prohibited within the cabins.
Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the cabins and around the loading platforms.
Pets
• Pets or animals (except service animals) are prohibited within the cabins.
Prohibited Items
• Dangerous or hazardous items are prohibited within the cabins and around the Wheel. • Guests may be subject to a search of personal belongings before boarding.
Liability
• Any claims against Asiatique Sky for loss or damage due to our negligence are limited to the amount covered by our insurance policy as permitted by law.
